Shipping Rates and Timeframes

For individual orders, we offer standard shipping through United States Postal Service.  Orders will be shipped within 3 business days via First Class Mail or Priority Mail and are expected to arrive within 6-9 business days after the order is placed.  Shipping is offered at a rate of $5 for the first water bottle ordered and $3 each additional bottle with a maximum shipping charge of $17 per order within the continental United States.

For bulk / wholesale orders of over 20 water bottles shipping to the same location, the shipping rate is $1 per bottle for shipment within the United States.  International orders are dealt with on a case by case basis.

Delivery Days:

• Standard Shipping: Packages shipped using United States Postal Service generally deliver Monday – Saturday (excluding Holidays). On occasion, packages could be delivered on a Sunday.  Tracking numbers will be available upon request.

Shipping to a different address
You may place an order to be shipped to an address other than that of your billing address. The billing address must match the address on file with the credit card used at the time of purchase.

Military APO/FPO Boxes
All APO / FPO packages will be shipped via United States Postal Service. Expedited shipping is not available for these deliveries. Please allow for additional transit time (usually 4-6 weeks).

International Shipping
International shipping is available and is calculated at the time of purchase.  International shipping times vary.
