Hydr-8 Water Bottles Fundraising enjoys offering assistance with fundraising for groups and organizations throughout the continental U.S. We can help with any type of fund drive, from youth and school fundraising programs to community group organizations.
We strive to put the majority of sales profits into the pockets of the organization we are helping.
We feel confident in our ability to meet your fundraising needs.
Group fundraising projects require a minimum group order of 50 bottles. The cost to the organization is $7 per insulated or travel bottle and $5 per Hydr-8 Sports bottles, plus $1 per bottle shipping. Bottles will be shipped to a single U.S. Address and your organization will be responsible for distributing the orders it collects. The price to your supporters will typically be less than what they would pay on Amazon for the same product. Insulated bottles are sold for $15 each to the consumer. Travel bottles are sold for $13.00, and sports bottles are sold to the consumer for $10.00 apiece. This allows for a $4-$7 dollar profit per bottle sold even after shipping costs are paid.
Consumers will pay your organization directly (we recommend at the time of ordering). Your organization will then pay Hydr-8 Water Bottles in a single transaction for the number of bottles you sold. Payment can be accepted via Venmo, Paypal, or echeck.
Order forms cost 50 cents each and they allow each member of your group to keep track of the bottles they have sold for easy distribution. Let us know how many order forms you will need and we will ship them to you to get started.
